Stillwater has a long history, and one building is known for its ghostly past.  Built in 1853 for the Stillwater Prison, the Warden s House is believed to be one of the state s most haunted sites. There s been a lot of talk about spirits, that type of thing, paranormal activity in the prison and the warden s house for many years, Brent Peterson with the Washington County Historical Society said. We ve had paranormal investigators. We ve had psychics. They have gone through the house. Some of them have feelings. Some of them see the spirits. Three ghostly spirits are known to roam the Warden s house. If people believe or not believe, at least we get to tell them the true history of the building and the warden s and how they lived, Peterson said.  The post So Minnesota: Haunted Stillwater Warden’s House Museum first appeared on KSTP.com 5 Eyewitness News.
